If the car is available at our Northwest Car Center, you’re welcome to see it in person and complete your purchase there.

When you buy your car online, you’ll need to verify your phone number and upload your ID to complete your order. Our team will contact you to confirm car availability and verify your order. Once your order has been verified, we’ll begin the delivery inspection and book your transport to your home. And if you’re buying a car available at our Northwest Car Center, you can come visit us and complete your purchase in person.

No surprises and options for everyone! Want to finance your car and pay in installments? Northwest Car has the solution: we offer secure financing options that you can tailor to your needs.

Want to pay the full amount in one payment? Once your claim is verified, you can pay the deposit with an immediate bank transfer. You can also choose to transfer the amount before delivery if you prefer.

If you’d also like to trade in your old car and use it as part of the payment, simply use our trade-in option and we’ll calculate the difference.

Delivery

At Northwest Car, we offer various delivery and pickup options for all our cars. If a car is available at our Northwest Car Center, you can purchase it directly there. If you’re buying your car online, you can select your preferred delivery or pickup option for your specific address during the checkout process.

Before delivery, we prepare all the necessary paperwork and give your new car a final thorough inspection and cleaning. We’ll notify you as soon as your new car is ready for pickup.

If you’re buying your car online, you’ll have the opportunity to see it in person for the first time during the delivery process. This is where other important steps, such as the vehicle inspection and related procedures, take place. We’re always available to answer any questions you may have.

It’s very important to us that your new car meets all your expectations. That’s why you also have 21 days (and up to 500 km) to test drive your new car; if you’re not happy, simply return it, no questions asked! Of course, we’ll give you a full refund if you return the car within this period.
